1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items purchased from SharpStyleCiteino within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in new, unused condition.
  • The item is returned with its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • The item is not damaged, altered, or missing parts.

Please note: Musical instruments and accessories that have been used, customized, or are no longer in resale condition may not be eligible for return.


2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    Reach out to our customer support team at info@sharpstyleciteino.com or call us at (847) 813-4914 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, product details, and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once we receive your return request, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions. Returns without an RAN may be delayed or rejected.

  3. Pack and Ship Your Return:
    Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

  4. Ship to Our Return Address:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • Full Refund: You will receive a full refund if the returned product meets the eligibility criteria (unused, undamaged, and within the 30-day return window).
  • Partial Refund: If the returned product shows signs of damage or wear, a partial refund may be issued after inspection.
  • Restocking Fee: In some cases, a 15% restocking fee may apply, especially for items returned after the 30-day window or in non-resalable condition.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same procedure as a return. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your exchange, subject to product availability. If there is a price difference, we will either charge or credit you for the difference.


5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. We may require photos of the damaged item and packaging for verification.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for safety, hygiene, or other reasons. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Opened or used accessories (e.g., mouthpieces, reeds, earphones, etc.)
  • Custom-ordered items
  • Gift cards or vouchers

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Fault Returns:
    Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for products that do not meet the eligibility criteria, such as change of mind or non-defective items.

  • Defective/Damaged Products:
    If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.


8. Canceling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery or return an item after shipment, the return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
