If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Return & Exchange Policy allows you to return or exchange eligible items within the specified timeframe. 2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  • Step 2: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.

  • Step 3: Once you’ve received the return authorization, carefully package the item(s) and send them back to us using a secure shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Step 4: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the item meets our return eligibility requirements, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note the following:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect product received).

4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, preferably within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. In this case, you may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Paid Returns: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • SHARPSTYLECITEINO-Paid Returns: If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

7. Late Returns

If you return an item after the 30-day return period, we may not be able to process your return, and the item may be sent back to you at your expense. We recommend that returns are initiated within the specified time to avoid any issues.

8. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply, especially for large or bulky items that require special handling. This will be clearly communicated to you at the time of return.
